I have been using an earlier model of IFB (approx 10 years old) which went out of support and that was the reason for buying this. Following are the major differences I found, in last one week, compared to the machine I was using earlier (in addition to the features already mentioned on the product page). Pros - - Just one physical press button; all other are touch buttons. - All buttons lie on the top of machine instead of the front. - No need for additional trolley (has one in-built). - Has an in built space for storing detergent and all; can be useful for some. - Found the door light pretty useful. - There is load calibration option available for you would know exactly how much load you have added. - Displays the running status and other details on the display panel. Cons- - The single physical press button could also have been avoided. - There is no back/return button on panel so navigation inside the settings menu is through the options only which is kind of tricky and somewhat irritating.
