This machine is working smoothly till now but wash quality is not as desired.
Bought this Wachine Machine during BBD. Delivery was super quick by FK. Got it on no cost EMI using HDFC CC. 2 stars deducted because of Pathetic Post Dales Service by IFB. The 1st person, who came for installation messed it up big time. He did not have any clue about the functions of the Machine. When asked about all the features, he replied "Smart Sense pe chalaao, aur kisi cheez ki zarurat nahi padeg!". The second person who came, purposely misfitted the machine on the trolley which I had ordered online because of which there was a lot of noise when the drum revolved during drying. He then sold us the IFB brand trolley for 1K and guess what, it was without wheels. Also, the trolley did not stop the loud noise. So I followed up with IFB Customer Care. The same person, who sold us the trolley, came back and did the most innovative thing in the world; he used paper to balance the trolley and blamed my house flooring for the imbalance. So all in all, a pathetic post sales experience, and a guy telling me that I have been living on an ill-balanced floor for 30 odd years. Good Job IFB!
