flip cart provided damage product and multiple time requested for replacement but request rejected by flip cart again and again...this is horrible experience with flip cart
Product is 3rd class and the washing is poor. It does not remove complete surf and soap from the cloths after washing them for 1.5 Hours. Not recommended.
IFB top load washing machine not upto the mark compared to my old whirlpool machine. Washing Options more but useless we cannot set minimum timing for tub dry - normally it takes one hour. Consumes more power consumption. Back body and underbody protection plates are very cheap plastic. It will easily brokened by 3 years child. Flipkart delivery good but given 6 months old stock. Tight wrapping cover also not available.
There is no doubt of the product performance & it's durability. Only thing we have to be careful with the installation guys, they come with a complete plan to sell the extra accessories marketed by IFB. Inlet filter, Stablizer & Washing liquid all together costing around 3,500/-. If you don't show any interest in buying these extra stuff, Demo will be done with basic information & he would be so quick to conclude the session. By careful with these guys & I suggest we can get this accessories in much cheaper price with better quality.
Product is very good but the demo given was totally waste.. Still unable to get the Manila wash and spin mode...
