IFB top load washing machine not upto the mark compared to my old whirlpool machine. Washing Options more but useless we cannot set minimum timing for tub dry - normally it takes one hour. Consumes more power consumption. Back body and underbody protection plates are very cheap plastic. It will easily brokened by 3 years child. Flipkart delivery good but given 6 months old stock. Tight wrapping cover also not available.
There is no doubt of the product performance & it's durability. Only thing we have to be careful with the installation guys, they come with a complete plan to sell the extra accessories marketed by IFB. Inlet filter, Stablizer & Washing liquid all together costing around 3,500/-. If you don't show any interest in buying these extra stuff, Demo will be done with basic information & he would be so quick to conclude the session. By careful with these guys & I suggest we can get this accessories in much cheaper price with better quality.

Totally disappointed..! Will never buy an IFB product again in my life. Bought this machine over its other relatively less expensive contemporaries despite not so great warranty terms and conditions ( IFB offers only 2 years product warranty wheras Samsung /LG offers 2 years product warranty along with 10 years on the motor ) . Surprisingly just within 6 months of purchase the spinner stopped working. The customer care people had no clue about what to do with my compalint. They kept sending one techinician after another at my house to fix the problem unsuccessfully. The technicians who visited couldnt fix the spinner problem and in the process the washer funtion of the machine also stopped working. Finally after a month of continuously chasing their local hyderabad office they had pity on me and replaced my washing machine. This was my second IFB product after a microwave, but that thankfully did service to me for 4 to 5 years before conking out.
