I was looking for a CDMA handset. I filtered the results in the mobile phone section of the website and this one showed up. It seemed right for the features and price and so I ordered the phone. Upon trying to get it activated, I was informed that the handset is not CDMA enabled. I requested for the return, but I was told that it is WCDMA handset (which is basically a 3G enabled GSM handset). The confusion is that why did it still get filtered as a CDMA phone if the technology is not CDMA? Fancy/techincal details are just confusing the customer. I mean the name of the phone itself has 3G in it, so why take it so seriously?nnAlso flipkart did not process the refund/return as the company policy is for replacement of the product - under damaged/defective pieces only.nnBefore this, it was good experience dealing with flipkart, but this has changed the dynamics, due to a fault on their side.nnAlso the supplier should take care to check if the product description/filters are correct on the portal they are trying to sell on.
This phone is the worst ever phone in the world... all the reviews given are fake......... one should never go for this phone.... plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz dont buy this phone or else it would b nothing more then waste of money
