This phone is just another example of cheap Chinese phones with INTEX branding. Bought it on February used it for a week and found that the phone cannot connect to the internet at all even if you have the correct GPRS settings. Touch response is very slow, typing a number to dial is very very slow. nAfter just 1 month the phones display developed a problem, there is a white line in the middle of the display and it does not go even after a factory reset. Still under warranty i tried to find the service centers in Chennai. nTook the warranty card that was provided and dialed the numbers provided for Chennai and you know what answer I got from the other end...."this is a wrong number", i dialled again and that person got angry and said "dont you understand you have dialed a wrong number". Damn I was cheated. I dialed all the 10 numbers that were mentioned for Tamilnadu and all I got was the wrong number answer.nnMy final verdict and warning to other buyers is... Never buy this mobile or any other mobile from INTEX. Because they do not have a service networks. The warranty card is full of bogus numbers.
Thanks for Flipkart for their quick and prompt delivery.nsometime back i wrote a review about this phone which was a first impression!!!. Now here is the updated one:nnAfter using it for 3 weeks, now battery comes only for max one day if i use it continuously for 1+ hours. Touch screen is not smooth. Internet is not at all connecting from past 1 week and i tried all the possible ways but i failed. Now biggest problem is whomever i call they hear some strange Hissing sound after 15 min of continuous talk. i changed 3 networks but same problem persists. i went to the Service center also and showed them the hissing audio i recorded from the other phone but they haven't done anything and simply rejected my complaint...And it plays AVI files (DVD Rips of 700 MB), but we can't hear any audio if the video frame rate is above 23/25 Frames/Sec which is common in most of the English Rips. And it won't support AVI Files with AC3/DTS Audio. we can only play normal Hindi/English AVI Files. I strongly advice to stay away from this phone.
