Today I have booked this TV..all experience will write after receiving this product. nI have a great experience buying on Flipkart.n I compared it then I have found that this is the best one in small pricenI have received this product on time/given time frame on 8th Jun'15. Installation done by tech on dated 9th Jun'15.picture quality is good but I am surprised ,this new product was defected..only one speaker(Right side) was working.sound quality is very poor....b'coz only one speaker is working...since installation...never purchage.INTEX brand in future.very poor product. no quality control.very-very poor response.

First thanks to Flipkart for fast deliver and Fast Installation arrangement (Belive me, Installation done with in 3 hours of Deliver). Overwhelmingly cool product, Intex's getting it's act in place to build a market around consumer products.nnPros: Picture quality, light weight and on pocketnCons: Still to notice any!

Never buy this product. Its a total waste of money. The sound output is totally distorted. Audio feels like it is coming out of a cheep mobile phone rather than a TV, Moreover the return policy is a total lie, Flipkart says they can only replace the TV with the same model and he INTEX service center says this is how INTEX TV's sound so now i am stuck with it.

Update 3:nI returned the replacement TV as well and got a refund. From the outset I must say that the flipkart "free and easy returns" may be free, but it sure is not easy. First, their return policy on electronics has no refunds, like if you don't like the product or if you do not like the quality of the product, flipkart will not entertain these and will NOT give any refund. They only allow the buyer to get a replacement on defective products, but the catch is the manufacturer has to certify that the product you got is defective.nnIn my case each time I raised a return request, they opened up a case with Intex to send their technician to check the TV. By the way, Intex technician refused to come when I was available at home to show him the problem (post 6 pm on weekdays or on Saturdays). On a side note, I have had LG technicians visit me even at 8 pm. For all the days the Intex technician did not come, flipkart made me wait sending me email after email that the return request will be processed after two/three days. In the end I had to talk tough with flipkart, post on facebook, log a complain on akosha.com etc. Interestingly the last time they called me, they gave me a reason why they wanted a technician to visit and confirm the defect - people usually damage their product by incorrect use like having the TV damaged by short circuit and then blame the retailer that they have given a defective product. Well I told them I had agreed for the technician visit, but what could I do if the technician did not turn up? Also I told them to check my long purchase history with flipkart and how they could deal so shabbily with such an old customer - this completely breaks my trust in them now - even though I have good amount of money in flipkart wallet, even then I am really jittery of buying anything form flipkart now. One more thing, they had refunded the TV amount in flipkart wallet, I had to call them up to get it refunded in my credit card.nnNow about the TV. It is quite evident that the lower cost has taken it's toll on quality control and after sales service. I must say the TV has good picture quality but there are unacceptable panel defects like pronounced "display mura", DSE, and cluster of dead pixels. Defects on two successive TVs and I was done with the brand - I insisted on a refund.nnUpdate 2:nAfter some hard convincing, flipkart agreed for replacement. Just now got the replacement delivered. Now the screen has 3 dark spots - 1 large enough to be seen from 10 feet away (about 3mm x 5mm area of dead pixels). Again asked flipkart for refund. Will update on progress of the issue. nnUpdate:nAfter a week of use, on careful observation, I can distinctly see patterns of uneven luminosity on the screen on blue and green background (sky/playground). This is more visible when the camera is panning. These defects are called "display mura". Obviously at this cost, the panels used are some cheap grade. I have asked Flipkart for resolution stating "panel defect". They want an intex technician to confirm if it is a "manufacturing problem". Will update what flipkart thas decided.nnEarlier review:nI got it for Rs.21188. For this price it is a good TV. Picture quality is surprisingly good. I felt colour saturation is less but I am used to LG LEDs which over saturate colours. Sound is okay. I am taking one star away because there is scope for improvement in construction quality.
