I bought this phone for my mom hoping that this would be user friendly and durable for elderly users.nnIts still user friendly al right but really doubt its durability for the following reasons.nnWithin a month of purchase it has given more than few issues.nnAbout a forth night of using this phone, my mom had issues attending and making calls as the ear piece stopped working.nnWe some how sorted this by dismantling the phone and re assembled the panel.nnNow again, the keypad is giving issues and when we press the no 9 key on the keypad, its displaying as 789 strangely and my mom preffers dialling the entire mobile number for making calls as she is not good in navigating through the saved contacts. Therefore my mom is terribly disappointed with the phone, as she is unable to make calls as the no 9 on the keypad is not at all working.nnRating it a one star, as a disappointed buyer of this phone!! :(nnPlease give it a serious thinking before going for this
