I bought this phone on 12th July 2013, because while on a trip to Buenos Aires , i had my cellphone stolen and was looking for a quick replacement, i decided on this one because it was just 1599 INR and looked quite solid. And after 5 days i can say this is indeed a solid phone, i have dropped it twice, but it came out unscratched, The charge lasts for a good 3 days, if you don't listen to much music, the phone has a few good applications, a torch , an FM radio and stuff, what irked me a bit was the call quality, the back cover seems hollow, giving it the appearance of a toy , the plastic is a bit sub standard, and when someone calls, there is this booming sound, you just need to take the phone in your hand and give it a slight tap to see what i mean. there is a reverberation and if you play music it gives off a slight but distinct humming sound. This happens also with calls, however the speaker volume is quite good and you can hear the caller clearly even in crowded places, just the humming sound is a bit annoying. nnThis one is also a finger print magnet, it looks like it can get scratched quickly, and has the ability to get dirt on it quite fast, especially if its a sweaty day and you hold it to your ear, it comes out dirtier than a public road in India. so i have to wipe it twice an hour, nnThe display is quite good, its sharp and i could play videos encoded in .mp4 at 320x240 at 15 fps quite clearly. the Bluetooth works very well, and i added an additional 2 GB memory card to store ringtones as the inbuilt memory is 1.38 MB ( seriously not even 1.4 MB?? , even floppys from mid 1990s had 1.44 mb , so without a memory card even switching wallpapers on this little thing is a pain in the a** ) nnoverall, I can say that i am satisfied with the phone, It has everything i want for a short term, good battery backup, and sharp display which enables me to see the screen outside even in bright sunny day, forget the music, and ignore the curious humming and the Toy like looks of this one, and you have a deal for under 1600 rupees.
