I have purchased Karbonn Titanium S5 in April 2013. At first sight I liked the handset and it worked well. But after a few months the problems started. Software hangs always, every hour I need to switch it off/on. I took this to the nearby service centre in Kodungallur before end of the warranty period (17th of April). However, since I have bought the set through Flipkart, they have refused to accept the set and suggested to send back to Flipkart! Now I have no option but to buy another reliable phone. I had purchased another one (lower model A1+) for my family. This also malfunctioned and I had to buy another one. My suggestion is to avoid this brand due to software problem and poor service.
