for this price , we got a good washing machine, before this, i had experience with Kelvinator brand and after saw this i just ordered without second thought and Flipkart had enough trust worth on products and it has reached as expected time and my family tested with wash , definitely great buy .

I am writing this review after using the washing machine for almost six months. I am quite happy with the performance of the machine and can now recommend it for all buyers. The only negative issue in this machine is its LINT COLLECTOR. the MAGIC lint collector of the machine is an absolute misnomer. It does not collect lint at all and as a result of which the lint tends to stick to the clothes being washed. This, I feel, is a design defect which the company should take care of. Besides, there is another small defect that I noticed in this machine. I do not know if this is a general defect in all Kelvinator washing machines or it exists only in the particular piece that I have received. The water tends to accumulate in the corners of the wash tub and you have to manually push it out. I suggest the manufacture of the machine to make the slope more sharp from the wall of the tub to the centre so that the water drains out smoothly. Apart from these two issues the machine is flawless though I would like to add that there should be a button to regulate the volume of the buzzer which is too loud. As far as the delivery is concerned the courier engaged by Flipkart to deliver large appliances namely SAFEXPRESS is a very disgusting service provider. This was my second horrible experience with this courier. The courier people are very ill behaved and do not know how to deal with customers.They simply refuse to deliver unless you are continuously after them. On complaining also Flipkart tends to take their side. What the Flipkart people forget is that they are loosing customer base because of the poor courier service. I give flipkart service a negative rating.
