1. I had purchased this phone specifically for its Auto Call record feature. While the voice of the other party is getting recorded, my voice is not getting recorded. Initially we thought that the product was defective and I asked Flipkart for a replacement. They gave me a replacement very promptly. However, the new device also has the same issue. So it appears that this is the way the Auto Call record work with this device (records only one side of the conversation). So please keep that in mind. 2.It has a different wall paper when u have to read messages or navigate which you cannot change and it makes reading anything very difficult. 3.Also from an overall perspective I found the device to be expensive. Dual Sim GSM Phones are cheaper that this which is a single SIM phone. The only reason seems to be CDMA. The call/reception quality is also very average and at times the voice is not very clear. I would say avoid this phone.
Lava 8c arc is a worst phone in flipkart store.nIt's main feature auto call recording is not working . nSetting section background image make test unreadable nand you cannot change this image.nThis phone has poorly build cheap plastic body which make this phone easily breakable.nnRemove memory card and this phone is worst than 800 rs cdma phones.nnDon't Buy this phone.
