Highly disappointed.. Got a defective keyboard.. Some keys are not working. Now undergoing the process of return :( Flipkart delivered on time. Just hoping they replace it also as fast as they delivered.. But its gonna take a lot of time till I lay my hands on a new one...
About my lap !nIt will be the cheap and best lap you get from lenovo b 490 for daily use.nnMajor features!...nnThe quality of lenovo that stand first,nnProcessornPentium Dual Core (2nd Generation), As if now i don't feel anynspeed issue, most of my software and games are working well with myn4 GB DDR3 Ram, and 500 GB hard.nnKeyboardnIts have a Standard Keyboard which is too nice and perfect for my job !nnnGood Audio !nnDVD writer with Dual Layer SupportnnnnIf the battery is in fully charged -nAm getting Battery Backup Almost more than 2 hr if i adjust my display,nand working normally !nnnnThis lap is a basic model of lenovo and its condition is suitable for some normal day-today works, so its not a multitask lap with many feature or a gaming material nnlenovo b490 is light weight and running in perfect condition. I am very much happy for the deal and configuration.
When I place the order they have the offer of mini optical mouse. But the laptop is delivered without the freebie. When i check with the flipkart customer server they said they will be sending the e-voucher of ~Rs 380. But still they are sending that. When I send a follow up email no reply from them. Even though the laptop is good the service from FLIPKART is very poor. All, dont expect the freebie with the order.
I am really struggling to find the the drivers for this laptop. Can anyone provide the link of drivers? I could not start the WIFI for internet connection.
