Overall: Do not trust the description by flipkart, The fast hard disk was the prime reason why I bought this lappy for use as a portable multitrack recording station... And my doubts were confirmed by the actual system specs generated by Speccy:

Verdict
The Lenovo Ideapad B490 (59-384796) has a sound processor to run tasks proficiently and boasts of a mighty battery relieving you from carrying your charger all the time. However, it lacks a good camera or a sound RAM. Moreover, you have to replace the inbuilt DOS with a more user friendly platform.

The Lenovo Ideapad B490 (59-384796) flaunts a HD LED backlit display with a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels which is suitable for a 14-inch screen and makes pictures appear clear and sharp.
