This laptop features next generation apu a10 5750m. It is based on Richland architecture. It has good improvements over previous trinity a10 4600m, which includes upto 3.5 ghz turbo boost and lesser power consumption, thus lesser heat generation. Another improvement is the hd 8650g gpu over previous hd 7660g. It is almost same as hd 7660g except the fact that it has higher gpu clock speed from 533 mhz to 720 mhz turbo boost. The dedicated hd 8570m is actually sun xt not sun pro if it is not hd 8550m. It is GDDR5. The total memory bandwidth is 36 Gbps which is greater than both 7670m ddr3 (28.8 Gbps) and 8730m ddr3 (32 Gbps) but the gpu clock speed and number of shader cores are same as hd 8730m. So better performance may be expected. AMD catalyst 13.6 beta2 is now available at their website and they are working on improving dual graphics or asymmetric crossfirex performance which will be released after July 2013. Another thing worth mentioning it has ram expandable upto 16 Gb, which is a very rare feature for the under 40000/- laptop segment. Make sure to add another module of same memory and frequency to increase the buswidth and bandwidth of both ram and integrated gpu. And Lenevo has better cooling than HP.
2 days ago I just bought this laptop from flipkart, no doubt about the delivery(delivered on time). The laptop is great,it is much slim than most of the laptop of it's kind . The cover of the laptop is mat finish,touch pad is good, keyboard could have been better but not bad. It quickly load the Operating system(windows 8) ,it's much much better than i5 in my opinion . No such heating problem till now(after playing battlefield 3 for an hour).Great speaker good quality sound ,loud and clear compare to most of it's kind(according to my experience). Good Quality picture of the led screen. Solid graphics performance .... Go for this laptop ,worth buying it.
Configuration is looking good and promising. It has new AMD APU series Richland architecture which is even better than Core i5 (3rd Generation) 3230M and the upgraded ATI readon Graphics is also add some extra value. Both the Products has 1 year Lenovo warranty... Surely it can be said that this model is better than 500S Intel model .. Why to spend extra 2000 .. Within 40000 it is the best laptop in market
i have just purchased hp g6-2313ax from flipkart just past 15 days ago wish i could wait this more than mine and i have purchased my hp g6-2313ax at rs 38990...........:( bad for me but gud for u if u buy this.................go for it
Its very good in speed in win7 the ram is 7.2 usable out of 8gb ,, battery is the major prob only 3.5 hours is the backup ,,but still as per g utility laptop this gaming laptop is a great deal... Hdd is gud and it hav high a gud amount of space of gamer about 988.33 gb is usable .. Gta4 nd far cry 3 is working pretty smoothly evenly better than macbook air i hav seen far cry 3 on my frends macbook that was less smoother than dis one.. Keyboard could have been much better if u want gud gaming experience u wud need an externel keyboard..mouse pad is gud sound quality of dolby is as usual better than expected.. Laptop bag is of gud quality,,heating issues are there but after using a lappy cooler it will work quite fine thats all this is a awesome quality laptop and for the buyers under 40k its a must buy it is better than the new hp laptop which is on the same price in reliance digital as i hav seen 3 peoples using that hp laptop ,, and this lenovo one is almost 3 times better than that one..
