Lenovo Ideapad Z-500 (59-380463) Laptop (Core i5 3rd Gen/6 GB/1 TB/Windows 8/2)

Before Purchasing this laptop, i checked many models however post comparing many features across 5-6 models on Flipkart, i observed that this particular model has backlit keyboard (as mentioned on flipkart site). Hence I decided to go for this one. But when i received the product, i was surprised to notice no backlit in keyboard. I contacted the WS Retail via email however did not get proper reply Service. I asked them that if you have displayed some feature on your site, you should better supply a product containing all of them. But i was simply asked to replace the item. I was in die need of new laptop as my old laptop was not working at all. I finally requested them that at least arrange for a model with backlit and take extra money from me but again the same reply i.e. we can not, please return it if you want. Finally i had to bow down in front of my requirement and lack of proper reply from WS Retail. Had this happened in USA or some other country, the seller would have supplied either the appropriate model (as per the features displayed on site) or would have compensated for the missing feature. Finally in my final email to WS retail, i mentioned that at least rectify the wrong information. Just to mention, i faced issue only with this particular purchase only. and I am still buying items from here as and when required. I request Flipkart to improve on their services in such instances. Finally to advice the buyers, if you're making any purchase from here,please call the call center and confirm about all the important features before making your final decision. ;)

I just love this piece ..windows 8 is fun to use. . colour is impressive .. cam quality is good 720p above all the brand name speaks it all and its a suggestion for ppl who buys the laptop looking at the NVidia graphic card... it has nvidia gt 740m.. its the second class gpu 2gb... all the games like battle field 3, far cry 3, resident evil 6, max payne 3 run flawlessly on high setting... and even after playing 4 long hours, its nt heating at all... i just lv my machine nd I just say go for it, its worth of all bucks
