Pros : Awesome 3D quality, good sound, great picture quality in HDD movies and 3D Cons : Somehow I feel 42 inch LED tvs have better resolution and brightness than this 47 inch. I had bought 42LB5820 from Snapdeal to my parents. It was a great quality and I still feel it was better than this TV. WebOS is very slow. It is frustrating most of time as you can literally see lag of 2-3 seconds. It takes longer time to read 500GB hdd. LG Customer care is horrible. The wall mount bracket is too bad. It doesn't retract. So the biggest problem is you cant use any of the ports till you lift the tv (atleast 2 ppl needed) and then use the ports. It is such a horrible design. I don't know why LG offers such wall mounts. Here is another shocking news. My friend got a similar model 2 weeks ago (42LB6500) and they were provided with expanding wall mount from LG. He bought the TV from Croma and I ordered it online (not from snapdeal though). When we call customer care, first thing they ask is whether i bought it online or at store. How the hell does that matter? I have a strong feeling that if you order it online, they intentionally provide lower quality wall mount. I see a double standard maintained by LG service team. As I was not at home during installation, this new bracket has become a mess. When i spoke to LG service, they asked me to contact some person of service team who said that I have to pay 4K for the bracket. I have emailed LG seeking escalation. I don't even know if they respond or take action. Please be aware. I was once a big fan of LG but not anymore. So when you book for wall mount make sure to check if it is retractable. Else you will land up in the same problem that i have.
great picture quality, smart TV features and 3D viewing is more than satisfactory. got a great offer price from snapdeal app, good service - delivery on time. really thankful to snapdeal to give such a price for this wonderful TV... thrilling HD quality.. amazing experience to watch movies and sports. only a bit of disappointment was the delay in LG folk to come and install the wall mount. I had to call LG support and book it myself. overall great TV with great offer by snapdeal.. Thanks!

Superb picture , and viewing angle But time machine does not support dth connection only works with cable or antena connection. Sound is superb, clear voice is a great feature. 2d to3d conversion is also impressive, Light weight 3d glasses are very comfortable..... Nfc tag on only works with lg phones not with other smart phones. Otherwise the best tv available in market
