Worst after sales and customer service. I bought LG air conditioner from local shop for the comfort of my ageing parents, but I have repented that decision ever since. LG has the most pathetic after sales service and the most discourteous, rude and unconcerned customer service. My parents have suffered more after having bought this AC. The AC has failed even when it was in the warranty period. The dealer refused to honour the warranty conditions. A service engineer was sent instead who repaired the machine, but only after being paid for his service. Since then we have had to make three repair requests due to frequent breakdown of the machine. LG service center does not bother to repair the machine. Last time they sent some very rude service engineers to our home who misbehaved with us. We are fed up with this product and are planning to throw away this useless machine. I will strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from buying LG Air conditioners if you want peace of mind.

Thanks to the review by Mr. Vivek Prakash, I have decided not to purchase any LG AC. I will buy panasonic or hitachi, instead.

first of all i didnt bought it from flipkart, i buy when flipkart wasn't selling ac. i bought it from vijay sales and and i got for 40000/- talking about ac it is best it almost reduced our electricity bill by 50% compared to last years may month bill inverter technology consume very less amount of electricity compared to 5 star rated ac you should go for it i accept their service is little bit bad but that because company gives contract of fitting and installation to private company we also encounter some problem with it because of fraud by installation guys but it resolved quickly by LG customer care so nothing to worry about it. if you want to use ac without worrying electricity bill then definitely this one is best

Highly durable long lasting ac. Totally maintenance free if serviced atleast twice a year. Cools room quickly and is very energy efficient.
