been using this for a week now, our first fully automatic machine.nDelivery was prompt and delivery guys were also very good.nInstallation and demo happened on the same day, pls don't buy anything from them.nThey just want to read out the notes and leave.nnNow my exp with flipkart after sale:nnI have raised a query that the door color is not the same as described in the pic(it was blue in the pic, and I got a transparent)nThe installation guy told me that he has not seen any such with blue color door, and the transparent one is what they get to see.nI have raised a query in flipkart support, and got some automated emails that it will be resolved within 24 hrs.nnAfter two days, as there was no response I emailed them again and this time the same automated response.nBut, I could see that the status of my order went to "return requested". I called up the customer care and they told me that the seller might replace it based on your concern, and thats the reason why the status was put to "return Requested" and not to use the product until then.nnFew days later, i was given a delivery date and slot, and when no delivery happened I called up the customer care again.nThis time they were saying that Replacement will not happen just like that, a technician would first visit and confirm, only then the replacement would happen.nnThen I wrote a big email back to flipkart that this is completely misguiding and wasting our time and that I would be happy to listen that this is the only color that is available, another customer care executive called and told me that the image in the description is just illustrative and the replacement request was cancelled on our further discussion.nnAll the above is just for the benefit of the other users, and FLIPKART REALLY NEEDS TO IMPROVE ON THEIR CONSUMER MANAGEMENT.
