Earlier I use to go with Samsung for home appliance, but recently LG has overtaken with new technologies and they have even succeeded in that..! Coming to this product, first of all the delivery was excellent by flip kart and drive drive make u more comfort than belt drive..very smooth, compact and its really a recommendable one from LG and one notable point that there is no free of installation once we purchase it from online, demo and installation changes 450+ tax extra.

I bought this from Flipkart under Bing billion sale and the cost was 27340 after 10% discount on SBI card. After the end of sale I see price 26490. Should not it be cheaper in discount sale from regular sale?nThis is cheating customer and seems a fraud to me.nAbout installation and demo - it is scheduled on 9th Oct but nobody showed up. Flipkart has provided the contract number of service person of jeeves but he doesn't answer calls. Product is still lying and this is costing me the window of 10 day return if faulty.nExtremely unhappy from this purchase.

See I am in abroad.I ordered for my family in India. they are still waiting for the installation.nnwhy flipkart doing like this ? it is more irritating. why don't you care about customer satisfaction.?nnI never had a such a worst experience with any of the electronics showrooms. it's been 3 days after the delivery,nnthey have to look at the package everyday..your promises just like a shit...

This washing machine consumes less water and can give a good wash by using different wash mode. For, everyday use, quick 30 mode is easy to use. This machine is very silent when compared to other machines and the wash quality is very good. Important Note: You have to first remove the transport nuts and screws before first time operation of the washing machine, otherwise it will vibrate badly. Put the transport nuts and screws again while transporting the machine from one place to another. Good work Flipkart.

The Product was delivered on time as per our satisfaction, however, whenever we are calling the service provider for installation of the product, he promises but never shows up. It has been almost 10 days but the product is still unpacked & yet to install.
