Bought this washing machine a few days back from Flipkart and I'm loving it. It's very hard to get excited about washing machines but this one makes me want to wash clothes every day. Super silent in normal mode. The only time it makes noise is when sucking in water and that too is quite low in intensity. You have a silent mode as well but I don't think I'll ever need it. This is a new model in the market with the capability to wash with steam. LG service installation was very good as well. You'll need NFC in your phone to control this washing machine with your phone which is not found in every phone.
