We had bought this fridge last octber . as soon as summer arrived its compressor got faulty. we rasied a complaint , but after two days the technician arrived and told its compressor is faulty. we will get it repaired in two days. but even after waiting for four days its still the same. only thing that has happened is everyday atleast two people are calling and asking same questions what as happened , what has gone wrong... today when i called the customer care again. stupid person said to me that if I will tell the technician what is wrong only then they will correct the fault. now who is going to tellt his guy that someone who has already visited my home knows what the problem is... this is my last buy from LG.
Bought this refrigerator a week ago.....got the fastest delivery from Flipkartnusing for a week... quite happy with the pefrormance.nLess noisy, enough space and cooling is gr8.nOnce again i have 2 say tht LG is unbeatable in this segment
It was delivered to me at time,installation and demo was done two days late,but overall a good experience from flipcart.hope they continue such services.

Defective product. Complained within 30 days. Cooling problem persisted. Now technician say that PCB is to be replaced. I want a replacement of the product and not repair. I had informed the defect within 30 days.
