Timely delivery Got installed the AC Very polite person from LG did the Installation He carried out vacuuming before charging the gas which daikin person did not do at the time of my 1st Ac from flip kart 3years back. Which increases the cooling as air is removed from the indoor unit. He did step by step installation process as per company norms and took the photo as evidence. He even checked the leakage test and waited for some time. He spoke about the penalty the LG charge on them if any problem arises after the installation. Satisfied with the installation work from LG. The charge for installation was only 500 Rs. Compared to heavy charges from other online portal. Thanks to flipkart and LG together
It is a great product and I had a timely delivery however, I would like to point out that LG (Kolkata) service centre's technician refused to install the a.c. Apparently he needed a scaffolding ready, even for setting up the outdoor unit in the verandah, prior to delivery. Flipkart should stop putting so called "Special Installation charge of Rs. 499" offer in the product page. I had to call in a 3rd party technician for installing, who did a perfectly fine job without the petty squabbling.
