Well the product is just about 12 minutes old in my house so I apologize I can't provide any commentary on it. But I must say that within a short period of time, FK has left a lasting impression, on someone, who admittedly is usually very, very lazy to write reviews of any kind.nnInstallation for this product is not done by LG but by FK (and their local vendors - who, BTW, are so rude, it is hard not to laugh out loud). They also believe in breaking open windows and leaving gaping holes after installing the AC, for more 'natural ventilation' I'd assume.nnThough I do commend the people answering the phone for their patience and willingness to help, nFK's customer support processes also leave a lot to be said - seems to be going through the classic 'left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing' syndrome. nnDo yourselves a favor, use another online marketplace. Or just step out, brave the heat, and get what you need from a showroom nearby. Will save you a lot of hassle.
I've been using the AC for about a month, and no problems there. Its silent, and its effective.nAlso the installation process is very easy. Flipkart offers great after delivery services.
