I have ordered this machine on 22-Nov-2014 & it got delivered on 28-Nov-2014 at Nagpur location. Machine received in good packing condition... Thanks to Flipkart for this.nInstallation & demo is given by LG staff on immidiate next day as per our conviniant time.nBefore buying this washing machine through Flipkart, I visited LG showroon for price confirmation & they were offering the same machine in Rs. 16300/- post hard bargain.n{It does not include home delivery charges (: }nI bought this machine with SBI 10 % cashback offer in Rs. 13491/- through Flipkart. :)nIt is very good washing machine & all necessary features (quick wash,child lock, custom wash etc) are avialable with easy functions whereby moderate literate person can use it.

After some research, I found this washing machine very reliable one (This model is in market for years now). Flipkart delivery is precise and product received in good condition.nnI called LG toll free to get free installation and demo by LG service person. They replied that the installation & demo is chargeable as it is online purchase. They said it would be around Rs 500/-. I felt I was mislead as Flipkart clearly says that Installation and demo is free of cost. Flipkart - please change this copy. So I didn't ask for installation and did it on my own. The installation process is self explanatory. It can be done by anybody, provided you have some time and patience. nnI tested the product, it is working amazingly well so far.

I purchased this washing machine thinking it would wash, rinse, and clean better. However to my surprise it is not as good as my old machine which did a fairly decent job. The problem with this model is the lint fro the clothes don't get collected by the dust/lint collector. So all the clothes especially the dark colors have the lint all the over. You don't sense the cleaned clothes. I recommend LG should take this feedback seriously and do something about it.

I am using this for 2 months now. Its a pretty good deal at this price. It can wash around 4 double bed sheets at 1 time, so you can judge the capacity.nnYou can do anything with programs like wash dry or just dry. Child Lock and delay in start is also possible. nnOn power cut it starts the process from where it was. So you don't have to worry of that as well.

Worst service being provided by flipkart.....nn1) Not delivering product on time.nn2)Disconnecting calls when customers trying to contact their service.nn3) Not giving proper support.nn4) if we ask for supervisor or manager disconnecting calls..nnnTo speak to a manager i was on hold for 1 hour 45 mins.nnnSuch a worst service ....... will never place orders again in flipkart.nnnWorst worst service..nnManagers and mainly assistant manager shail kharani don't know anything about customer service.he need to sent in nursery again.nnnManager assish he is polite...but doesnt matter....from past 3 days i'm wasting 90 min of time everyday......nothing was happened.nnI really apprecaite this worst service...nnnI really don't know how do they become managers and assistant managers
