Dont even think of getting this tv in flipkart.From tv side its good for the price but the service from flipkart is worst ...They are jus cheating to the core.In my case while making order it showed serviceable area but the courier guy said he cannot deliver as they dnt have service over der.Raised a complaint but no response came from flipkart...Have to pay extra 200rs for the shipping guy to deliver the items(refrigerator,Washinhg machine,Tv)to the door.Then comes the real pain as showed in wall mount is missing in the box.Raised a request again and they promised will fix the issue as soon as possible from that day they neer tried to resolve the issue.Whenever i call then they will say give us one business day we will resolve iut.This was kepp happening from last one week but the issue is not getting resolved.Now suddenly without my knowloedge they created ticket for returns,,,Who the blopdy hell are you take decisions from your end.??Forget about the free demo and installation...Good bye to flipkart.....
I have not received complete accessories of led and I will complaint again and again to flipkart but not not solved my complaint.
Seller never came for a demo! The seller delayed it over 7 days! Pathetic experience!
Received TV in prescribed delivery date and in good condition. Customer service was good as the person came within an hour after the call for installation. Nice picture quality as compared to Samsung and LG. Value for money.
I suggest this company's tv is very quality products.
