I bought this A/C on the 28th of March 2016. It was delivered to me as promised on the 1st of April. Now this is where the drama begins. Installation happened almost after 10 days with zero help from Flipkart, despite leaving complaints on their website and on facebook. I had to follow up and put constant pressure on the seller (Wholesaleretailers) to get the job done. My agony doesn't end there, after installation which cost me close to 6k ( Rs.1500 basic charge plus they charged me for the extra tubing and stand for outside unit) the A/C didnt work. Left in on for 1hour, zero cooling. Again raise complaint and wait for another few days. This time again it was because I called the seller and the Technician who installed it constantly that it was done in 3 days otherwise my agonizing wait would have still continued if I had let Flipkart handle this issue. Bottomline - Dont buy products that require installation online, even if you do, the seller will be your best friend till the job gets done. Flipkart only knows how to send automated msgs and make calls that even though are coming from a human being sounds completely programmed. My rating is for the product which as of today is working well and seems OK. I would give a zero rating for Installation and service.
I own 3 lloyd ac belive me useless product and super useless services the guarantee is totally fake company does not respond but yes after complaining people do come in 24-72 hours but they wont solve your problem they are just to confirm that problem is there or not is no then they will do nothing if yes then also they will do nothing you can ask any mechanic how pathetic lloyd product are lloyd dont have there own service center in 59 years if any lloyd person is reading it first i want to punch his face to make me sleep in hot room(that is how i feel dont worry i wont ) second i ll give you a list of complaint sorry flipkart you people are great but the product are not please don't buy it oh yes even regional manger doesn't give a S**T about your complaints and problem
