User Reviews for Lloyd LS19A3OB 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC

Have been using since over 4 months and the AC works very well. Bought this along with another 1 Ton Lloyd AC. Below are some key points - * The model number received was slightly different than what was shown here and a couple of functions were different. However, considering that both were in the same price band, I accepted it. * Jeeves has done the installation and it was a paid service. * The power plug with the 1 Ton AC was missing and the Electric cable given with this AC was just 1 meter instead of the promised 3 meter length. *The installation guys don't even carry certain basic things like extra power cable, electric tape, plug points etc. This is really annoying as my wife had to go to the market, buy these things and come back to complete the installation. *The external unit was installed very low as the service guy was very short and could not install it higher even with a ladder. *Jeeves service sucks and complained it to Flipkart separately. Flipkart customer care sometimes acts over enthusiastic and initiated a return process when I placed a complaint on these points with them. I had clarified to them that these are just feedbacks to help you improve the service in future and I have no intention of returning the goods. Had to speak to them again and clarify this before they cancelled the return. * Has also requested Flipkart to arrange for a Demo as some of the AC functions were not clear and not matching with those on the remote. The manual was also a generic and useless one. Flipkart inturn raised a service request with Lloyds and they inturn call me and say that there is no warranty and free service for the goods bought online! Really annoying, but upon calling Flipkart, they clarified on how the warranty is to be available in case required. Cannot write those details here. *The Seller has shipped a slightly different model with certain items missing. However the AC performs well. * The cooling is too fast and it chills the room in just 5 minutes even when set at 24 degrees given this it is installed in a big room. Really happy with the AC. AC deserves 5 star, Flipkart and Jeeves deserve 3 ... Average rating given 4 stars. Regards, Rohit

No doubt with Lloyd products and it's service. Barely one can find copper panel 1.5 ton A/C at this price.
