Hi,nnBuyers please remember, there is no volume key to change the volume of the Music Player.nThat means you have listen with the default Music Player volume that comes with the factory settings. nnAgain there is no volume key to change the volume of the FM Radio.That means you have listen with the default FM Player volume that comes with the factory settings. nnRest every thing is fine, I mean you will find ok as per the cost (Rs. 956) of the Mobile.nnStill I would say WTF!!!!!!!!nnConclusively, Its a good budget mobile with good features like FM, Auto Call Recording and Call Blacklisting - that's it. If you need these features in below Rs 1000 then just go for it, otherwise prefer something better that have the option to change the volume like any other normal Mobile Phone.nnTHE COMPANY SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED ABOUT NOT HAVING THE VOLUME CHANGING OPTION IN Maxx Arc MX 101
