Hi all after lots of market research I have given a chance to Micromax it was a trusted brand for me in mobile sector so I tried ordered this on 14th august and delivery done at 24th too much delay.finally today installation done from jeevas they have tie up with Flipkart for Micromax AC installation.installation persons are not very professional they have done installation not perfectly and taken rest spare parts of AC which was left after installation...Flipkart plz do something for this jeevas was not the good choice for AC installation pathetic. Now come back to AC performance. Umm yeah I can say good one as I have purchased only at 20500 on Flipkart sale.cooling is satisfactory it will take 10-15 main at the temp 24 to cool enough the 10-12 room.internal fan is little noisy bt we can manage.overall I am satisfied now in fact we can't imagine a split AC within 20k. Bt yes I have a suggestion if u want to buy this AC go for it it's good choice but for installation plz contact on urban clap and for AC stand buy from local market hardly it will be available within 400 while jeevas charged me 750. I will share my experience after 2 months again. Thanks..
Product is good, no doubt. But my suggestion to you all is Dont go for Jeeves Installation offered by FLIPKART. They will just loot you around in many ways. In my case, Engineer was giving wall mount stand for Rs 750/- + Drain Pipe for Rs 100/- per mtr. + Copper Pipe for Rs 750/- per mtr. + Electrical work like fixing MCB if also extra + Few nuts bolts & fasteners for Rs 50/- pr pc. My suggestion to you all is, get wall mount , drain pipe, MCB, etc yourself or get the product installed from outside engineers and never go for Flipkarts - Jeeves Engineer. Engineer didnt even know about the warranty and service of the product.
BROUGHT THIS AC AT 20,999 FROM BEFORE BUYING IWAS VERY CONFUSED WHETHER TO BUY OR NOT BECAUSE MICROMAX BRAND IS NEW TO AC SEGMENT.I THOUGHT LET'S GIVE TRY AND BUDGET WAS ALSO TIGHT.I ORDERED THIS AC.FLIPKART DELIVER THIS AC ON TIME.NO ISSUE IN DELIVERY.AFTER DELIVERY ON NEXT DAY JEEVES COMES TO INSTALL.THANXS TO SAJID SIR,JUNAID AND SONU FOR VERY FRIENDLY INSTALLATION.THEY WERE GOOD WHILE DOING INSTALLATION.THEY EVEN MADE PLUG FOR AC WITHOUT EXPECTING ANYTHING FROM US.THANXS FOR THAT.AFTER INSTALLATION WE FACE MINOR ISSUE BUT I CALLED FLIPKART AND SAJID TO INFORM ABOUT ISSUE.ON FOLLOWING DAY THEY COME RESOLVE PROBLEM AND MR.SAJID SAID TO US THAT ANYTHING HAPPENS AFTER THAT CALL HIM DIRECTLY.WE WERE HAPPY OVERALL.AC COOLS ROOM IN MAX.5 MINUTES.NOISE OF AC IS ACCEPTABLE.ONLY NIGHT TIME U WILL REALIZE THAT AC GIVES BIT NOISE.I AM USING THIS AC FROM 7 DAYS.AFTER 3 MONTHS I WILL GIVE UPDATE ON PERFORMANCE OF AC.FOR 20,999 RS. COPPER CONDENSER,1.5 TON AC IN MARKET U WILL NOT GOING TO FIND.GO FOR IT IF U R NOT GOING BUY O GENERAL OR MITSUBISHI AC.
Product was top class, no less than carrier, blue star and Voltas. Got it for 19400, a lot less than those top brands making it worth for every penny. But Installation by jeeves was bad. After seeing all those negative reviews about jeeves by others, I should have listened. Although it was right, all joints and connections, installation guys didn't properly insulate the joints of suction pipes resulting in water drip. It doesn't effect cooling significantly but in long term efficiency and durability of the machine reduces and problems like iceing may arise. I am giving just 1 star although AC was top class because Flipkart didn't give me a choice on installation. They won't accept returns if I go with the local guy. They should either improve jeeves service or give us a choice.
Very nice product ...but facing issues like water leakage after using 5 months. Water is coming from air passage. complained to micromax customer care , let me see what will they do.
