I brought Micromax Q1 from flipkart in Oct 2010..Flipkart Service was good..I cant blame Flipkart ..I even ordered another Micromax x215 7 days later !! for dual sim phones i thought our own indian made phone wld be good..But I WAS WRONG !!! MICROMAX really is a VERY BAD CHOCE for all type of phones !! ..Tats wht i found out since the past 1 year..it is really pathetic ! Yes ,,..I regret buying both these Micromax handsets.. The Audio Quality is very pathetic..I cant listen to other peoples voice :-( !!! All the time I have to SWITCH ON the LOUD SPEAKER for hearing what other people says !!! which s very Annoying not only for me but to other persons around me.. BATTERY Wont last for Even 1 day !!! :-(( have to carry the Charger with me all the time !! I WILL NEVER E V ER buy a MICROMAX HANDSET !!! :_( MY friends ..never ever go by the PRICE !!! LESS PRICE MEANS POOR QUALITY ....I have learned a LEsson..MICROMAX Is TRYING TO FOOL Everyone with their LEsser Prices but in the Long run we the customers end up PAYING & Wasting our time for REPARING the PHONES... MY SIncere REQUEST !!! PLEASE DONT BUY MICROMAX PRODUCTS.. GO fOR trusted BRANDS in mobile market..Even if the Price is a little more , it will save you in the long run...I am now on the search for a NEW PHONE nowin flipkart..:_( With the Money I wasted for MICROMAX Handsets & Reparing , I would have brought a Premium DUAL SIM Handset...I will always REGRET MY decision in getting this micromax.. Flipkart asks me to give rating !! for this product.without any rating they wont alow me to submit this review !! .just because i have to submit this i m giving "one star" rating for such a absolutely useless micromax handsets...
I have been using Micromax q1. This one is an upgrade of that one. I am very satisfied with the phone for the given price. I agree that the other sim is deactivated when one is in use, but its the same case for all dual sim phones below Rs 3000/- as of today, be of any brand. Keypad, screen colours, battery life, features et al are satisfactory.
