Display and Configuration

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 (7AX-00001) laptop features a 12.3-inch IPS LED touch screen backlit display which features a screen resolution of 2,736 x 1,874 pixels. It boots on Windows 10 Professional operating system floating upon 64-bit architecture. The laptop is driven by a 2.4GHz Intel Core i5-6300U processor which outputs superb performance. The processor is aided by an 8GB of DDR3 RAM and an inbuilt Intel HD 520 graphics card.

Battery and Connectivity

Acting as an energy driver is a Li-ion battery which claims to deliver a backup for around 9 hours. On the networking front, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 (7AX-00001) features Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.0, one USB 3.0 slots, an SD card reader, a headphone jack and a microphone jack.

Body Looks and Input Devices

The laptop is available in a silver coloured body with nice looks. It measures 312.42 x 231.14 x 22.8mm and weighs only 1.37Kg, easy to carry around. A touchpad with multi-touch gesture support and a standard detachable keyboard are the two common devices present in the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 (7AX-00001). The input devices perform well and are quick to respond.
