I was a macbook user from 2007 till 2018 .Saw this product and decided to give it a try ,but this product has disappointed me after using it only for a month. I use this product for my daily use like mails and entertainment. 1)This tablet is not for heavy work purpose. 2)Screen has flickering and touch doesnt work perfectly.(mobiles have much better touch sensivity than this tablet touch screen) 3)There are too many software updates and it takes a lot of time to download and install it 4)New software version 1803 is good . 5)The product is not too much light weight ,it is little heavy . 6)display/screen resolution is good 7)battery life is good.(it takes around 3 hours 30 minutes to charge from 0-100%) 8)The charger indicator or tablet doesnt notify when it is fully charged 9)signature type cover,pen and other accessories are costly 10)only one usb 3.0 port (limited connectivity option) 11) I suggest dont buy 4gb ram/128gb ssd model.It takes a lot of space after software upgrade.(out of 128gb only 53gb is left after latest version 1803 upgrade. At the end i dont recommend anyone to buy any surface pro model as there are too many isdues in this tablet 5 star to flipkart 1star to this product
