Highly recommended,I belong from HVAC department. I bought this ac, installed myself. And one word its simply awsum. As I know well about airconditioning system,knowing that MITASHI is a new new brand in India in ac manufacturing,I really never bothered about after sales service,because I can do it myself,all I wanted was a better product in a decent price bracket which this product turned out to be.After installing the ac I can say that the product is definitely value for money(pure copper condenser). If you are planning to buy one,dont think twice just go for it.

I did not check the product...the installation team came and starting charging of everything..i got fed up and thats why cancelled the ac...the installation procedure should be simple and every charges should be said before buying the product..

The delivery, installation all were completed within 4 days of ordering the AC. The installation guy was also highly skilled. Now coming to the product, it looks nice ,small and tidy. It's noise is also low. On the chilling part it is OK OK, not great and not too bad also. Overall a good buy if not great In this price range.
