Hi I have bought this phone @ INR 15,000 from flipkart and I am not too happy with it. The phone hangs quite frequently and needs a hard reset. A new firmware version of 17 MB was available which I downloaded and updated using the Nokia desktop software. The performance has marginally improved. If one has a corporate email such as MS Exchange or Lotus Notes,only then it works seamlessly. If you have gmail (which they claim it integrates using Mail for exchange), then only email integrates, the contacts and calendar does not sync with the phone. The chat application, does not work with Google apps account....that kind of is a disappointment. Many companies use Google apps now a days and this phone's address book & calendar does not sync with google apps account. Only email syncs. Some of the good points are: Excellent battery life, excellent camera, 3G works and so does video calling...Video calling is actually amazing...better than Samsung Monte. The GPS is also good, although the Nokia Ovi maps are too ordinary. Google maps are better but I still think, mapmyindia which I use on my android tablet are the best. There is no comparison to those maps. Even Google maps are ordinary in front of mapmyindia. I am not such a games freak and need a plain simple business phone. But above issues are too bad to handle. I would not recommend this phone at all. Once I complete 1 yr with the phone, I would be buying a blackberry. I think they are the best when it comes to business phones. Dear Friends, I am using this phone since last 1.8 years with no major issue. Though the phone is out dated but this is the best Qwerty phone Nokia made. Good things: 1.Good Quality Auto Focus Camera 2.Smooth e mailing (Including the corporate e mails) 3.Good GPRS support & Video calling 4.Slim 5.Good quality music out put 6.Excellent MultiTasking Area of improvement: 1. Small Screen 2. Symbian OS (I updated the OS thrice but the second update had just made me crazy. I could not use my e mails for a long time but thanks to nokia they have fixed the issue in the next update, still I am worried about the e mail update 3.1 which is available which is again with some issues, so I have not done it yet. 3.The nokia chat application is not good , better install e buddy 4.The home screen applications can be improve 5.Nokis Ovi Store is really of no use, most of the time you will not able to download the applications & most applications are like oridinary. 6.Browser Netscape version 5.1 still need some improvement Finally I would suggest phone is okay but you are having better options with this proce range though I have no problem with my phone & I have bought it in nearly 20000 INR :)

I purchased this one a few months back for around 14K (not from flipkart). Nokia promised this to be a great business phone, frankly its far from it. I tried to configure my office mail...damn it doesnt work at all!!Even Gmail looks slow and takes a lot of time to refresh. OS is pretty slow and nokia ovi stores doesnt provide anything interesting. But for a cost of 12.5K this is good enough for the below reasons: Handy and looks cool ,qwerty keypad is nice although the keys are a bit small and cramped, great camera, decent music player, reception is awesome ,good speaker / earphone clarity, decent battery life. Hope this was useful.

It is very good phone in all the aspects, not a single ruppe i have invested in maintenace of this phone except cover. below are the few things i like most its build quality is very good. look and feel. imaging and multimedia not bad. able to configure all the mails including account. nimbuzz is quite good to chat by adding many accounts. 100 mb windows update was downloaded at a single should in 45 mins on 2G network. youtube works well good qwerty keyboard. i still want to use it for long, today first time i am replacing the batrrey. no maintenance for me. i am not writing this to motivate other to buy this but this was my experiance with this phone i like it and love it. i had purchased this in 3 years back by paying 18000 and it was worth buying it. i expect from nokia to build this kind of phone with window phone 8.
