Company person came for demo but he didn't know about this product. I waited for a month and then returned the product
The oven itself is good. It has multiple modes of cooking n is easy to operate for beginner's also. But I wanna mention that the starter kit that came with the oven is not microwave safe. They melt when you place them in the oven for longer than ten minutes. Am disappointed albeit they came free with the oven but am just writing this so that any future costumer's can look into it n not use the starter kit for longer than ten minutes. It starts melting n the shape deforms. This might also be harmful when one consumes whatever is cooked in these containers so please take this into account.
