order was fine, ndelivery was fine...nnbut at the time of installation i never expected that onida will send such ill-mannered persons as their service provider.....nnthey charged Rs 750/-(told earlier)nbut other then that they just blew the glass that was covering my window hammered in front of me....nthey charged another Rs 600/- for MCB, while the stabilizer was provided by me.....nthey did not provided me any feedback form or not even the receipt of what i paid to them.....nand the installation is so much bad that i wouldn't have paid Rs. 200/- if i had called someone of my own.....nthough money was still not the matter,, it was their ill-mannered treatment and using things without permission.... (2 persons) one of them started using my pc without permission for checking mails while other was busy over phone....nthey spitted their tobacco over my room....nnthis all made a very bad impression for onida products and services....
Onida has the worst installation service. The delivery of the item was prompt. But after that, its horrible. nnStay away from Onida products. In fact buy large appliances from shops and showrooms. Here once you have paid money, you are struck up and have no alternative than to do what they say.
after 10 days i am giving feedback about product and service .product deliver in 2 business days but installation till not happen after 10 days.ndon't buy this because for service you have to call more than 20 times. nafter sale service i will give only 1/10.nits better you purchase voltas ,LG for service purpose .
Excellent cooling. Onida care is excellent.Very fast delivery. Nice packaging.
Flipkart delivery was very Good, cooling power is also Good but installation was not Good. he took 3 days to install. Giving time but not coming. Onida should take care about this.
