Good Product by Panasonic, Energy saving {Continuously running of 7 hours (2hours : powerful mode; 5 hours : economy mode), it consume only 4 unit of electricity.} About Snapdeal 1. Quality of packaging is poor. I received the outdoor unit with a small dent, which I notice it after the installation. 2. Delivery is delayed. About Panasonic support 1. Great product! I recently get installed this into a second bed room to replace existing 5 years old samsung split ac which started giving problems. I love the results when compared to previous one ! It cools the space perfectly.Its easy to operate and so energy efficient! Plus on top of all that, it looks good too! It has a very sleek profile that blends into the space nicely Sincere advice don't go for exchange offer as Green Dust is a fake company and they never take your product in exchange. Pros 1.Energy Efficient 2.Low Noise Levels 3.Uses R410a refrigent which is better than R22 but I wish Panasonic to move R32 Cons 1.Remote : No backlight for led display and even after switch off display still shows all values.So you can't find any difference in Remote LED display in both cases AC switch on & off. Only indicator is display on indoor will go off :-) 2. No Temperature display on indoor unit.It only display inverter strength like 20 % 40 % 80 % 100 %.Which will tells mode of running - Economy/Powerful.
