The product seems decent but I will not recommend it because of the poor after sales service offered by Panasonic India.The entire after sales operation is outsourced to 3rd parties with panasonic having very little control over them (as experienced first hand).nnMy 2 day old complaint for poor cooling/ low gas is still unattended despite contacting them (helpline & the local service partner) several times.

I did not buy this product from Flipkart. But from an electronic Store in Pune.nRemember Panasonic does not provide ac cord with the product. Surprised that such a basic thing is not included with ac !!nnTechnician drilled the hole with another third party...core cutting charges..Rs120 per inch..Had to pay 2800 Rs. These are not included in standard installation. Understood...Ok ..we paid it. nnClosing the hole is our duty.!! The manual says to install with sleeve and cap...He left it as it is. Now rodents can creep in through the hole..To fill i need to call mason, call technician to dismantle the indoor unit..fill the hole with white cement...call the technician again to fix the indoor unit. nnPansonic has made the process very simple for customers !!nnAnd as i mentioned above as panasonic ac does not come with an ac cord to plug,technician charged 250 for that and said us to arrange an electrician to fix plug pins at wire end so that we can plug it in the wall socket. He used some sticks to plug the wire in for the time being so that we can use the ac.nnSo professional !!!nnGuys dont go for panasonic..their service is not good !!!
Wake Up Panasonic!!! The product or piece is faulty. 14 months after we purchased it - there was a gas leak. The reason stated was coil corrosion of the indoor unit. Repair cost 10k. Apparently the weather caused corrosion in the indoor unit - how then did the outdoor unit survive?? Last week the ac stopped working altogether. Now the circuit is gone - another 3k. It's been a big nightmare after buying this ac. WATCH OUT!!!
The Ac which comes with full copper so better go for it.Also low noise level and service is excellent from Panasonic.
