Firstly: Flipkart has done an excellent job of before time delivery..less then 10 hrs from order placed. nThe product is as good as all reviews say, very sturdy n solid feel with a weight for the size. The one i received was on a heavy discount..seems it was due to old stock, nearly 4 years old, No complaints on it as this camera are made to stand time n weather. nThe box contains the main camera , battery and a plastic sleeve, Silicon sleeve cover for camera body, Adjustable short sling, Charger n 2 cables for wall outlet(Indian 2 pin/U.S 3 pin flat), CD for user guide, warranty card, safety instruction for waterproof damage leaf let, usb cable for direct connection to PC, RC cable for TV screen/ Player, A small brush to clean the rubber seals on battery n USD connection compartment.A free 4Gb class 4 SD card outside the box.nIt will be recommended that you buy a screen guard for the screen n Len(this will have to be sourced from other international sites).nUpdate after used for over 200 shots.nThe buttons are very user friendly even with the silicon sleeve on it.nThe picture speed is good..the camera processes its images quite fast n is ready for next shoot in very short time.nThe down side is the picture pixel break/grain is poor.....if u want a high quality picture but not waterproof or rugged camera then choose other cameras in same budgets(INR:8900).nThis one is good only for adventure seekers who just want a rugged camera which can take the dust, road n nature n weather beatings. but are ready to sacrifice a lot on high quality. the basic output is very good.nMicro quality is good to a very short distance focus, not so in zoomed position.nThe bust setting works well.nThere is no panorama...but a panorama help option which is very good(Multiple settings for same).nThe colour option has 'natural' which is very true to actual colour to eyes.nThe camera is best used in iA mode. nI have still not tried the camera in snow or rains or under water.( will do it in real surroundings).nWeight might be an issue for some for its size..but that's the rugged body.nThe PC compatibility is simple n supports windows 7 on my Laptop.nnVerdict for now: Pros: This camera at INR 8900 is good for rugged users, good battery life, landscapes use, basic micro shoot, real colour of nature, fast moving objects..nCons: At INR 8900, Not good enough for detail photography, Not good enough for micro details on flowers and insect.
For the price we pay, the quality of the product is not compromised. Both photo and the video results are good.Operating systems are also quite simple for the beginners.Battery life last long per charge. There is no lens cover and that is a shortcoming .Weight is little bit high and other than that it is a good camera to go with.Flipkart's delivery schedule is excellent.
