I am disappointed with flipkart customer care service. At the time of delivery i was told somebody will come and install the TV within one hour. after 7 days when nobody came i contacted customer care. but i was rudely reminded that FLIPKART takes responsibility till the delivery then wash their hands. i was planning to purchase a refrigerator,but seeing the service efficiency of FLIPKART i have dropped the idea.till date my TV is unused,therefore cannot comment on its quality.
Firstly, this Panasonic led TV's sound is very poor. I wonder how can Panasonic create such poor standards. Second, the TV USB heats up so much that my one pen drive has already been damaged. My old Samsung TV was far better :(
The product is very very nice and good and very low price two in one working tv with computer pen drive Expandable I like this product I have no complaints against this product. Picture quality is best and sound clarity is much batter. I like this product. Superb.👌👌👌👌
Viewing angle isn't so good otherwise all ok now..... hope it will be continued same....
I bought this tv on 19th this month. I selected this one mainly for watching movies via pendrive. At first the picture looked horrible. The preset modes like dyanamic, standard, mild etc really disappointed me. High contrast, extreme sharpness etc ruined my eyes. Even a 1080p movie looked terrible in those preset modes. It took me one week to correctly calibrate the picture suitable dor my eyes. Mainly I adjusted the brightness and sharpness and tweaked these two several times for my eyes to accept the picture. After that everything is fine. Pictures are so sharp. I get even better results when I play movie via my PC. Every detail is visible. One if my best purchase I would say.
