The TV is worth for the price. As usual got a super fast delivery by Flipkart. But it took 5 days for the installation team to come which disappointed me.nAbout the product:nIt is very slim.nThe clarity is best in the class.nSound output is average, so I am using my mini hifi system connnected to Aux out of the TV.nPlays almost all formats of video from usb.nAble to play video and audio from my external harddisk.
I was purchase this product from a local dealer.nI am fully satisfied with this product.nAll the feature are excellent i am using this led from last one week. nPros:-n-Great picture quality.n-Good sound, Loud enough.n-Ips panel is a plus point.n-Brand value. nCons:-nNothing nall the 3 hdmi and 2 usb working fine and also working on almost all video format nExcellent Product on excellent price
I request anyone who's going to spend the next 5 minutes in reading this review to be patient till the end. If you're feeling lost anywhere, well me too was having no clue what was happening at some point, so try to keep up. n22/12/2014 - The order was placed and estimated delivery date was 02/01/2015. It was promptly handed over to Gati courier on the same day as my locality is not within Ekart's serviceable zone. My hometown was a suburb, a 30km drive from city center. The order was on-course with the Interstate travel and it was all sunshine and puppies, until it reached my city. n24/12/2014 - I got a call from Gati person at around 10am, informing me that the TV has reached their office and he was asking me when i can come and pickit up. I replied that delivery should be made on the courier's front and not by customer. He blatantly replied " Ok saar, call flipkart and tell we wont deliver as the door-delivery charges are not paid " and abruptly disconnected the call. I promptly called flipkart and explained them the situation, and i was told that Flipkart's team will look into the issue and there is no such thing which exists as door delivery charges. Around 7pm, the same day i called the courier wala to ask about delivery, as i was sure flipkart's intervention would have made the issue gone. But to my horror, he was speaking in a even bad tone and asked me how much shall i give for delivery. Taken aback,i just told him i'm not gonna pay anything for delivery, he replied " Ok saar 1000 rs". I was in verge of a bad-mouth breakdown but managed to respectfully disconnect the call. nIt took me few moments to come down to reality - ' A courier clown, sitting in a dungeon is wanting to make a cool 1000 bucks out of thin air'. Even thinking about this is still raging me. nSome out-of-cool frantic calls to flipkart followed. What settled me was a knowledgeable cc person (whom i dont want to name here, was an acquaintance i rather say). I was assured that i dont have to involve in any further actions and next call would be from flipkart. Meawhile that stupid GATI person is updating craps like "Undelivered due to CONCERNED PERSON NOT AVAILABLE" on their tracker for the next few days. nI got a phone call from flipkart that day afternoon and i was told that i am required to pay Rs.750 to courier and it will be added as a token of apology from flipkart. Promptly after disconnecting the call the amount was added in my wallet and all is left was the courier to deliver. n02/01/2015- 5 days went by but no sign of delivery. This time i called the courier guy and the reply was like nothing has happened between the 3 parties in the last 10 days and he is still in square 1 demanding Rs.1000. After a few minutes of heated debate he relented for Rs.750. Delivery was done at 8pm that day and the delivery wala's were requesting money for tea. I thought ' GATI you have just reached the rock bottom of business' and done them with 20 bucks each. nPanasonic guys promptly came and to add to my galore of surprises has just informed me that Wall mounting kit hasn't been delivered. Then it dawned on me, this GATI guys missed a box to deliver. The one thing i never noticed was the "No. of packages = 2" in the GATI tracking page. I immediately called the courier guy and he literally promised me that there was only one package in my name, even after mentioning about the tracking page has 2 qty,he was in no mood to hear and was in his own world of reasoning. No point speaking with this dumb. nAgain called flipkart and i was given a window of 24 hrs to resolve the issue. Funny thing was i guess i got quite famous around the LED TV section of cc representatives as i made like 7-8 calls on that week itself that i just have to utter Panasonic LED and spot on they ask me about the delivery and such. I too can recognize 2-3 persons from that end. It was that kind of a week for me to say the least. But each person i encountered was knowledgeable and i was never required to explain the story from day one each time. nComing to the Curious case of missing wall mount, as promised flipkart called me and informed me that wall mount is indeed with GATI and they have moved the issue to higher officials on GATI's end. Within like 2-3 hours i got a call from GATI cc apologizing for the missed "BOX" and assured me a delivery in 24 hrs. Knowing GATI, I was sure that's not gonna happen in 24hrs or 72hrs for that matter. On the 4th day, i got the box delivered at around 7pm, no questions, no phone calls, no begging. nTo finish up in Harsha Bhogle's style, "Consider Gati your No.11 batsmen and if you make a team with No.11 of all teams, Gati would still be the No.11 in the line up" that sums up GATI. I'm sure its days are counted. nProduct is great and its a bang for the buck. No one's offering 3 HDMI and 2 USB ports at this price range, which acted as a vital criterion for my needs. I would definitely recommend this product over LG or Samsung. nCheers
I have been using this product for the past 4 months. It is a nice product with pretty good picture and sound quality. I needed a TV with more than 2 HDMI ports and this serves the purpose. Have been regularly streaming movies using the USB port and didn't face any issues as of now. Getting it at 22,900 from flipkart is a very good price.
I am satisfied with this product. Comes with good features with all basic requirements for a better TV viewing experience . Simple access features and easy connect options for external devices.
