No doubt this is value for money offer i got it in Rs 14436 and on time ..naccording to money this is a good product. nnnBut everyone plz plz ensure at your end that website said about this product 3 yrs warranty but when i received the product warranty card saying 12 months warranty so plz everyone cross check before ordering..nnVD

Flipkart delivered me a defective product. The picture quality is so bad, it is worst than the CRT tv i owned few years back.nAnd now flipkart is not responding to replacement requests.nNever ever buy this product.

I got this TV under exchange + SBI 10% discount @ 15700 which is unbelievable for a 32 inch LED TV from a brand like philips. It has a 3 years onsite warranty too. nI have already a sony bravia 32 inch LCD Full HD TV connected with Tatasky HD Box. So when I first connected this one with HD box, the reselution seemed lack of depth with too much brightness. However with minor adjustment of picture ( contrast, brightness , colour) and the backlight, this TV could produce similar picture quality being 1/3 price of the sony. It could play almost all formats from USB Movie and the sound is quite loud. So far the performance is excellent. I have bought the V-Guard mini crystal stabilizer for this one as the components are very sensitive to electrical hazards. Hope it will give atleast 5-6 years of service.nThose who are finding it difficult to insert USB drive after wall mount , can go for an USB extension cord (not the HUBs). It is easily available in any local computer shop costing around Rs.20 to 30. Keep the cord plugged in to save the repeated insertion/ removal from tv USB point.

The delivery was superquick, as expected by Flipkart. The device was malfunctioning in the beginning it used to switch off automatically within few minutes of operation but Flipkart was fast enough to replace it quickly without much hassles. (I spoke to the engineer who came to attend that complain he said it happens to 10% of the Flat Panel Tv's sold across all the brands. So NO ISSUES!)nnTV:nnThe product is mind blowing, such an awesome piece of hardware at such a low cost. Picture quality is amazing. The refresh rate and response time is great when I play high intensity games from PC or Playstation. Sound is more than enough I never had to go beyond 20, other 80 will never get my love. nnThanks to Flipkart once again.

while ordering i choosed exchange offer but no discount displayed COD amount. final placed order it s coming i have to pay 16999 than 14999 what actually i was suppose to pay rest will wait for final order to reach hopefully exchange is valid at that time ...
