I have purchased this product on 24th March . The product got delivered in 3 days as committed. Now with regard to this product, this LED doesnt support 1080i @ 60 Hz , though a description that it supports is mentioned in booklet provided with Philips. Also Philips is being manufactured by Videocon in India. I returned this product as 30 days replacement warranty being offered by Flipkart and the money has been credited into my account. If someone is looking for a basic LED with good options better go for Videocon rather than Philips bcoz Philips is being manufactured by Videocon in India. The Customer Care Support of Philips is not that much handy if you want after sales support. Videocon is offering a Warranty of 3 yrs as well . Worst LED , worst Brand , will never purchase any Philips LED in future.

Yess.. It is an excellent tv from philips under 30 k category.. It plays all the formats from the usb including mkv.. Nice picture quality.. I felt that sound could have been better .. But it can be solved by external speakers.. Packaging and delivery was good.. The product got delivered in 2 days.. Only problem I found with this tv is that there is no option for adjusting brightness sharpness... etc.. Dont get me wrong here, I dont mean that picture quality is bad.. It has got many preset picture modes but it would be great if we can adjust the display properties manually.. Go for it guys..

I received this product with in 2 days of placing the order on flipkart. I liked the prompt delivery.Philips rep. visited as per the schedule intimated by flipkart and installed the TV. Installation and demo was at free of cost as promised by flipkart. Picture is good and the sound is very clear at min. level.

The TV was purchased less than a year ago and the motherboard crashed twice. Philips is dodging the matter and is not granting a replacement. It is difficult to get in touch with the right people as well. Their call service centre keeps putting us on to service engineers who can't do a thing about replacement. PHILIPS ISN'T RELIABLE ANYMORE. LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU DESIRE QUALITY ASSURANCE.

Hi Guys...I always thought what difference can a brand make..and it's just a LED...Sony/Samsung/LG doesn't really matter. But this experience certainly changed that. The reason I bought this was price and 3 year warranty. But what good a TV is for if you can't understand a word from its audio. The speakers of this TV are abyssmal. If you increase the volume they bang like broken record. I thought it's my model issue and I asked Philips to look into it. After multiple escalations they replaced the speakers but to my bad luck the speakers remain the same. The engineer himself said it's like this only. Don't get carried away with the price, you would regret having bought this TV. I use my Sony home theatre along side this TV even if I am watching 'News' as you just can't get the audio with its speakers. And coming go flipkart, I expected more cooperation from their end but they never rejected my return request despite being a FLipkart first customer and an avid Online shopper. One learns from mistakes and this was certainly that was a lesson. "DON'T BUY THIS TV"
