Valueformoney

It's a best phone for the amount you are paying for it. value for money phone. In fact it's offers best performance, great display and battery life. Little bit downside is camera, its good but not best in this price range. Photos come out good in normal lighting conditions. nnI brought poco f1 in it's first flash sale (2018), I am still using poco f1 without any issue and now after using this from last 4 days I think I love to shift on poco F5.

Easily the best phone around the 30k mark!

I've been using this phone for almost a couple of weeks now. Pretty good experience so far!nnPros:n1. Incredible performance.nSnapdragon 7+ Gen 2 is INSANE. Flagship chip.nNo lags and very few stutters in the UI. Easily one of the smoothest devices I've ever used.nn2. Fantastic display. nIt's very bright and very colour accurate. Touch response is pretty good too!nn3. Decent cameras with Gcam. nThe camera is pretty decent after you install Gcam and find a working XML. Stock camera is okay-ish.nn4. Decent build and looks.nThe phone feels very solid and premium in hand. Of course, it doesn't feel 'glass back' premium but it's not bad at all. The snowstorm white colour is beautiful!nnCons:n1. Heats up during charging.nI don't know if this is normal but the phone heats up considerably while using the 67W fast charger. The phone stays very cool otherwise.nn2. Poco's reliability issues.nMy X3 Pro died on me so I'm pretty uncertain about the F5's future. Hopefully we won't see the motherboard issues ever again.nnThat's pretty much it! I love the experience so far and I hope it will stay that way.nnAttached some camera shots. It's pretty decent with Gcam.

Good choice

I have been using poco F1 from the launch day and upgraded to F5 on 16th May 2023.nHere is my complete and honest review on the POCO F5 device.nnWhat's good:nDisplay with slimmest bezels is too good with soothing colours and 120Hz refresh rate makes the screen smooth.nnIQoo display colours feel brighter, warmer and punchy. But after a week of usage, I feel the POCO display is better.nnProcessor: I've taken a lot of pics, videos, played pubg new state installed tons of apps and the phone handles all the apps pretty smoothly with no lags.nnBattery and Fast charging: 67w fast charging is sufficient in daily usage. As most users charge their phone from 20% and up to 80-90% and this gets done in very less time. Battery capacity is 5000mah and it gives full day backup on heavy usage and 1 and half day on average or less usage.nn5G: with 12 bands, Network coverage and speed is good even indoors. With POCO F1, it struggles to find signals inside the home but the problem is solved now with Poco F5.nnBig Plus: 3.5mm headphone jack, 256GB ROM, UFS 3.1, dual 5G, 4G+, WIFI calling, MIUI dialler, Haptics. Stereo speakers are loud and clear.nnWhat's bad so far:nThe camera is pretty average. It struggles indoors and in low light conditions. Selfie cam is not up to the mark. I feel, Poco F1 pics are better than poco f5. Not sure if it will be fixed through updates.nnThe side mounted fingerprint sensor is super fast but not comfortable when using phone single handed. In-display fingerprint will be much better in usage.nnLooks: Back white design is just decent and not great as it gives a plastic look. Notification LED is missing.nAndroid updates: 2 years major updates means Max up to Android 15. Which is bad. Expect atleast 3 years OS updates and 4-5 years security updates would have been better.nnUnable to uninstall/disable a few apps like emoji keyboard, app vault notifications. Lots of bloatware.nnIf You want an overall budget phone and are not worried about these cons, then go for this. Remember, This is not a great upgrade from midrange phones like POCO F1.

Terrific

I have been using Mi 11i 5G as my secondary mobile since a year. Now exchanged with poco F5. My view on this mobile after using it for a couple of days. The best part of this mobile is Display and processor, trust me it has the best display in this segment. When it comes to the performance combination of ddr5 with ufs 3.1 and 7 gen 2 makes sense. I experienced a lot of differences with my previous mobile. I can see negative reviews on the camera, It is not as bad as they stated. Better than mi 11i. At this price point we cannot expect more than this. OIS is an added advantage. If u expect a camera of mi 13, don't buy. Finally it comes with MIUI Dialer and message app.
