Some things are just meant not to be. One of them is a samsung AC working without problems for the first 3 months. Yes THREE.nnOne of the most pathetic manufacturer of ACs, spent a fortune getting an inverter AC. It stopped working and also suffered from repeated gas leakage. The complaint is yet to be resolved. They sent a company guy to check for the AC and he claims there is nothing wrong with it. I have never met such a dumber guy in my life. I was like 'Dude then why is it not working?' to which he mumbled something about bad electrical connection. I showed him to my other bedroom where an 4 year old ogeneral worked perfectly fine. Never have I wanted to freeze someone more to death from AC more.nnI have researched online and found out that there are few very persistent issues with almost all samsung ACs. IT is almost like they make sure they want to ACs to have these defects so they can make money off the repairs. Well, most repairmen seemed to charge around 10k bucks to repair it outside of warranty.nnMeanwhile my AC refuses to work. And Samsung refuses to acknowledge there is something wrong with the AC. Perhaps they are just waiting for the Warranty period to end (Good luck s*kers, Im gonna see you in consumer court).nnDo not get me wrong, some of their products might be good. I have had good experience with Samsung led TV and monitor. But stay away from their ACs. Stretch ur budget by a few thousand and go for o-general or daikin (no personal experience with hitachi/mitsubishi). nnI feel sad every time i enter my bedroom now, and look at the AC. Biggest regret in the last 6 months has been to buy a Samsung AC :(

Very nice cooling

I bought it just 1 year back.Installation and servicing (three free maintenance) is not done by samsung everything is outsourced.Installer was "VISHNU SERVICES" and servicing center was "COOL POINT".There was some liquid leakage just after installation I raised a complain the engineer of "COOL POINT" came and told "The installation is not right" I requested to rectify it they denied showing the purchase was done by flipkart.I requested installer"VISHNU SERVICES" also but no response.nNow today when my room is not getting cold at all and the external unit is not working the same guy came and told that the external unit is damaged due to wrong installation and all SAMSUNG,COOL POINT and VISHNU SERVICES is trying to bypass the responsibility.nThis COOL POINT or VISHNU SERVICES collect guys from street and call them "ENGINEER" and they come do what ever they want and customer faces a great damage.n I have lost my trust completely on FLIPKART. This is not at all acceptable that I will face this severe financial loss for some stupid guys and none of the MNC like SAMSUNG or FLIPKART will take the responsibility and they will continue this kind of unethical business.

Getting electric shock from the outdoor unit, and cooling decreased in just 2 month after installation. nnInstallation people are any roadside mechanic who don't know how to install an AC.nnThen finally the pathetic customer care. Who never responds and then closes complaint arbitrarily.

Order No: OD302404024656220400 nProduct: Samsung AR18JC5USUQ 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC nI ordered this for my parents. nBefore even the product was delivered, guys posing as Samsung Installation guys were present at my place. nThis definitely a tip-off from WSRETAIL guys. nFaulty installation of AC done. nAlso Charged 2500 at my parents home. nAnd Flipkart does not take this product back because installation was not dine by the right guys.nnnUPDATE: Flipkart has settled the issue. The AC was picked up and the refund initiated. Thanks flipkart.
