I purchased this microwave on 10th June 2016.The grill feature of this microwave did not worked in demo. I placed the request for return that was refused by supplier. I contacted flipkart with the concern. Flipkart took the matter seriously and provided all due help to process the return. Overall it took around 20 days to get the refund.
There was three people who came to my house bringing my micro-wave, even I would have not taken that much care to bring my appliance to home. I am extremely satisfied. Please take this as an appreciation. Also, the product is very good.
