Flipkart couldn’t send this product to my place due to tax issues of my Sate, so I bought it from a local store. I am using this laptop from the last few weeks and here I am sharing my experience. Why Pentium dual core: It’s all about understanding your needs. I wanted a laptop for browsing internet, watching some movies & listening music, light Photoshop work and storing all my personal data as well. I understand that for these I do not require a high end processor. So that’s how I ended up with Pentium dual core. Why Samsung: My friend is using a Samsung laptop from the last 1 year and it never showed a simple problem what’s so ever. In fact it’s far better than some other big names in various aspects. So I decided to go for Samsung. Pros: 1. Design of this laptop is really awesome. The dual tone styling was much better than my expectations. It looks good in real than in photos. When it’s open, it definitely will catch your eyes. It looks elegant. 2. Amazing battery backup. Gets fully charged in just 2 hours and goes unplugged up to 4 hours with normal usage. By adjusting the screen brightness, could manage to go more than 5 hours which is really a plus while travelling. 3. Chiclet keyboard makes accurate typing. The chance of pressing 2 keys at a time is never an issue because the keys are well spaced. 4. Touch pad is large and is impressive. 5. No heating issues or fan noice. 6. 500 Gb HDD. Cons: 1. An action by the functional key takes too much time to respond. F12 is to on/off the wifi and it takes 6-8 seconds to pop up the window. F2 & F3 for adjusting screen brightness takes 2-4 seconds to respond. 2. No caps lock indicator. Conclusion: So far I am satisfied with this laptop and highly recommended for personal use. Windows rating of this lap is 4.5 which is the lowest score for graphics and is same as the rating of a lap with 1st gen core i3. I have watched Avatar blu-ray print full HD 1080resolution (10.5 Gb) without any problem. Initially I was thinking to put my money on a laptop with an i3 processor and by purchasing this I saved some of my hard earned money for sure. Isn’t it a rupee saved is a rupee earned?
This laptop is for the people they just want to do some simple works like browsing , microsoft office, etc. nThe important things that it make me attracted to this laptop has given bellown1.battery backup( near 5.5hrs)n2.design n3.good display n4.edge plastic diameter of the display is too short than other computers in this price range .This gives a nice look when it open.n5.touch pad of this laptop is slightly big than other previous samsung laptops.n6. built quality is ok, but not that much of goodnI have seen only two -ve things in this lapn1.No capslock indicator.n2.keyboard have a grate look, but when we type we will get a stuck feeling of keys especially 'e','r'and't',(it may the manufacturing defect of my laptop )nand also i am not satisfied with this new samsung sound technology 'soundalive', i think srs 3d sound effect is more better than this because i have been using both of this technologies ............nnn thanks...
First of all i would like to say this is one of the best laptop and cheaper laptop i have ever seen.This laptop is just mind blowing.Due to taxation problem i was not able to purchase from flipkart.com but i got help from flipkart in terms of checking its price and features.It is a very good laptop i even told to my friend to purchase this because every thing in this laptop are good and mind blowing.First of all there is no noise in it.Pin drop silence you will get.And the seller told me that if there would be any key problem in the future then you can easily replace that particular key in place of replacing the full keypad.Samsung company has given the 1 year onsite warranty.Even every week i do video chatting and its picture quality is fully satisfied because it has the only 0.3 megapixel like other laptops.But picture quality is good and those who want high quality photo then they can go for webcam which cost is something around Rs 2000 according to their megapixel.So it is my support to everyone who r looking for the laptop below Rs 25,000 they should go for it because i have already purchased it from my nearest computer dealer and i am enjoying very much.So don't think so much and go for it.It's sound quality is also good.Actually every features of this laptop is awesome.
