Samsung has started compromising with quality and started rolling out sub standard product the. I bought this refrigerator close to one year and my experience till date I have paid more than 3K for service and every time the Samsung service person will claim plastic and glass part are not covered under warranty. Cons: Inner glass shelf are not toughened glass so break at there own with slight change in temperature (not covered) Inner plastic body or lining which support all tray and veg basket is so cheap it breaks and they do not replace it they just do patch work and put cap with fevikwik. To replace the lining as good as reassemble the whole refrigerator be mindful it also act as insulator so all the story of energy saving will go for a toss if the lining is not intact. just bought this product a week ago freezer is too chilled at highest temp but this fridge comes with convertible freezer option so this is not a big problem. lots of space on both levels 4 star rated so not much burden on your bills it takes 3 days to deliver the product and next day after delivery person from samsung comes for installation and demo... very nice demo done by him overall - No Problems,No Complaints(Till Now)
