Great product with super fast delivery by flipkart but 1 star less cause there was a very slight dent on it unnoticeable so don't get to know in first 7 days to exchange the product. Anyway nice refrigerator by Samsung
Please do not buy Refrigerators with Flipkart, pathetic service. Flipkart took more than 10days and delivered the WRONG PRODUCT. No proper response from the customer care too.
wast of monery i bought 3 465 li. samsung 5 in 1 refrigerator. all the refrigerator have same problem of cooling, in purchase of one month. so i suggest all whom r planning to buy samsung 5 in 1 refrigerator, please do not buy it...
The fridge has very basic problems. 1. Fridge cooling are is not getting cooled well. I set temp to 2 degress instead of default 3. But still I feel cooling is not upto mark. 2. Door is much bigger issue. In a working fridge with inside cooled, if you close the door, you cant open it for 5 minutes. If you want to open it, it is almost like breaking handle. Samsung service ackoledged it as design issue. But they dont care to fix it. Their suggestion is to apply Vaseline to at edge of door attachment. Thank god, they didnt suggest something else to apply which matches this product. Do you really care if it is power efficent etc. with such basic problem like above? Do we need to evaluate?
